Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of hair products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been opened, worn, altered, or chemically processed.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it appropriately.
